Shipping

We are a green company. We use recycled boxes whenever possible and do not use excessive or unnecessary packing materials. This is all to say: Your order isn't going to have Santa's touch;  please, do not expect pretty boxes wrapped in bows covered in unicorn dust. Here's what else you need to know:

Shipping Fees - USA Only

A flat $7.00 shipping fee is applied to orders up to $49.99, and free thereafter. Please allow 48-hours for order processing, 72-hours for Bath Bomb orders. 

We ship Monday - Thursdays, except on holidays. 

Orders under 15oz are shipped via USPS First Class mail, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Orders of 1lb+ are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, please allow 2-3 days for delivery, depending on zip code. 

Orders of 10lbs+ are shipped UPS Ground, please allow up to 7 days for delivery depending on zip code. 

The US Postal Service and UPS get busy during the holidays, so please plan accordingly.

Missing Shipments

We offer Route insurance for package protection. Should you opt out of Route, we cannot replace or refund items that have been marked delivered by the carrier. If your package tracking number shows as delivered, but you did not receive it, first ask family members and/or neighbors/ex-boyfriends and girlfriends if they picked up the package and forgot to advise you. If not, then initiate a stolen package claim with your local post office. (Hint - for missing orders shipped via USPS, you can take the tracking number to your local post office and request the GPS tracking of the package. This may show it was delivered to the wrong address and thus can have it retrieved.)

Returns

We want you to be outrageously satisfied with our products.  If for any reason you are not, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds apply only to orders placed through this website.  Gift cards are non-refundable.

Back Orders

We will notify you immediately about any back orders and will ship as soon as the product(s) become available. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
